We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to create strategic, revenue-driven content that generates qualified leads and drives inbound growth, targeting decision-makers across key channels.

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a clear posting strategy across relevant channels

  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for social media, website and potential events that builds audience engagement and drives measurable business outcomes

  • Channel Strategy: Analyse and form opinions on which channels are most effective for reaching target audiences

  • Lead Generation: Produce content that drives leads and supports sales efforts

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create content that helps close deals

  • Performance & Improvement: Continuously evaluate content effectiveness and adjust strategy to maximize engagement and lead generation

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in content creation or marketing, ideally in a start-up environment

  • Strong understanding of scientific writing style and ability to adapt it for marketing purposes

  • Excellent writing skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to create multi-format content (e.g., articles, social posts, videos, presentations)

  • Clean design sense for visually appealing content

  • High flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership over projects

  • Proactive and self-driven
