We’re looking for a Head of Sales to design and drive our sales strategy, bring in new leads and close enterprise deals. This role is hands-on from day one, with the opportunity to expand and lead a growing sales team in the near future.
Responsibilities
Market Development: Focus on the DACH region while remaining open to expansion into other markets
Enterprise Targeting: Drive outreach to large enterprises
Sales Outreach: Conduct cold outreach, networking and sales calls to generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline
Sales Materials: Develop and use persuasive materials (pricing decks, pitch decks, presentations) to communicate the value of our solutions
Events & Partnerships: Represent RSN8 Labs at industry events and identify strategic partners to expand reach and credibility
Lead Generation & Conversion: Implement and execute a clear sales strategy to bring in leads and close deals
Team Building: After 6 months, begin laying the foundation for building and leading a sales team for the future
Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align sales strategy with business goals

Job requirements
8+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in SaaS and B2B environments
Proven track record in start-up or scale-up settings
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build and lead a team
Strong network within the DACH region and ability to leverage it for new business
Revenue- and numbers-driven, with a history of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets
Native or fluent German speaker, fluent in English
High flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
High accountability and ownership mentality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
