Currently we are looking for an HR Consultant (Talent Acquisition Manager) to join our team. As an HR Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients' organizations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute full-cycle recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools and meet hiring goals

• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals

• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment process

• Proven experience working in Talent Acquisition

• Being open to learning new recruitment techniques, technologies, and industry trends is crucial in a dynamic field like recruitment

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with colleagues to achieve team goals

• Fluent in English with a solid grasp of German language comprehension
