Currently, we are looking for a Working Student to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients' organizations. You will collaborate closely with HR Consultants and support the full-cycle recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Consultants to understand hiring criteria and develop comprehensive candidate sourcing plans

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools 

• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals

• Sort applications and manage interview calendars

• Being open to learning new sourcing techniques, new technologies, and industry trends is crucial in a dynamic field like recruitment

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational skills

• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with colleagues to achieve team goals

• Fluent in English with a solid grasp of German language comprehension
